Talking is not enough.
Whether changing old, worn out behaviors that don’t serve any longer or starting something new where we need to learn new skills, the body always needs to be our ally. There is nothing like getting a glimpse of how the new self feels like, moves, shines. When we close our eyes, we easily get a picture of how it might be like to feel more self-secure, settled and strong, or to feel light and floating – only to name some examples.
For a lasting change the body is the cue.
With well embedded embodiment-practices combined with strong felt intentions the path to a happier,
lighter, more wholehearted life is easily entered.
